LIAISONS DigNet of New York City & Long Island features two staff liaisons charged with promoting safe digging throughout our region. Each year, they make over 150 educational presentations to municipalities, civic groups, utilities, contractor associations, schools, home improvement stores, permitting bodies and other organizations. The liaisons also meet with excavating contractors found in violation of our non-compliance reporting program and are available for member needs.
